Ailene is an original in more ways than one. She joined the Firm at its inception in 1983 and brought extensive agency experience in both production and print media capacities.

As Quality Director for SELMARQ, Ailene is responsible for proofreading, continuity, consistency and quality assurance of final products and programs produced by the agency and its associates. In addition, she assists with print and Internet media programs.

Her extensive family includes three biological, plus three adopted children and several adopted stray cats and dogs.
